| Policies: |
- Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time is 3:00 p.m., and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Prior to your arrival, you must set a time to pick up your keys, sign rental agreement, etc. with Shawnee Wegiwa. This may be done at the cabin or at the manager’s office, which is located nearby. Weekly rentals may either be Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday, depending on availability.

- Rental Agreement: If you decide to stay with us, you will be required to read and sign the cabin rental agreement at check-in. You will also be given a copy of our policies. Download rental agreement.

- Payment Policy: All deposits must be made with a credit card (MasterCard and Visa only). Please call 540-599-2666 with credit card information. Your balance may be paid with cash, credit card, or check (a $35 fee will apply to any returned checks).

- Cancellation Policy: All reservations are subject to a 30-day cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation 30 days or more prior to the reservation start date, your deposit will be returned minus a $35 processing fee. If your reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the reservation start date all money is non-refundable but the reservation may be rescheduled (one time only) within 12 months. If your reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the reservation start date, there can be no refund but may be rescheduled for certain unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations can be made by phone at 1-540-599-2666.

- Deposit: 50% of your overall cabin rental amount is due at the time of reservation.

- Security Deposit: Guests are required to secure property with a $150 security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded within 10 business days of departure and will include invoices for charges or damages--if any--against deposit.

- Balance: The overall total will include a 10.0% sales and transient lodging tax.

- Smoking and Pet Policy: No smoking is permitted inside the cabin and pets are not allowed inside the cabin. (Flying Fur Dog Boarding is within 15 minutes of the cabin)

Note:
The cabin is a work-in-progress. A privacy fence, landscaping, and a rock wall are planned for the near future. In addition, the cabin is not located on the New River. However, the river is within an easy walk (less than five minutes) or a quick drive for fishing, boating, or sight-seeing.
